2. CONSULTING AND PRIVATE ENGAGEMENT TERMS
Engagements with Rondi Lambeth for consulting, advisory, or speaking services are accepted on a case-by-case basis. All consulting is advisory in nature and intended for educational and informational purposes only.
No part of any engagement, meeting, or communication shall be construed as legal, accounting, or investment advice. You remain solely responsible for implementing any recommendations and for consulting your own licensed advisors regarding your personal circumstances.
All consulting fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced. If a payment plan is authorized, all installments must be completed as agreed. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services, and outstanding balances may be referred to collections.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any engagement for any reason, and to terminate services immediately if a client engages in inappropriate, unlawful, or abusive behavior, or discloses confidential materials in violation of these Terms.
3. TAXFREE4LIFE MEMBERSHIP AND PROGRAM ACCESS
Membership in TaxFree4Life and related programs grants non-transferable, limited access to training materials, digital content, live calls, events, and community resources. Access is personal and may not be shared, duplicated, or resold.
Members are required to comply with all program guidelines, payment schedules, and community standards. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke membership for non-payment, misconduct, or violation of confidentiality obligations.
All intellectual property provided through TaxFree4Life, including proprietary tax and wealth strategies, templates, and course materials, remains the exclusive property of Rondi Lambeth. You are granted limited, revocable permission to use the materials solely for your personal and business development within the program.
4. PAYMENT TERMS, REFUNDS, AND COLLECTIONS
All fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is approved in writing. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your account for all purchased services according to the agreed schedule.
Refunds are not provided once access to digital materials, coaching sessions, or membership programs has begun. In the event of a chargeback, reversal, or disputed payment, all program access will be immediately suspended and any unpaid balances will become due in full.
We reserve the right to engage a third-party collection agency or attorney to recover unpaid balances, and you agree to be responsible for all costs of collection, including legal fees and interest as permitted by law.
5. AFFILIATE AND REFERRAL ARRANGEMENTS
Affiliates and referrers are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or representatives of Rondi Lambeth or TaxFree4Life.
All affiliate commissions are subject to verification and compliance with our terms, and affiliates must adhere to all applicable advertising and disclosure regulations, including the FTC’s endorsement guidelines.
We reserve the right to revoke affiliate status or withhold payment for any violation, misrepresentation, or misuse of materials.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY, NON-DISCLOSURE, AND NON-CIRCUMVENTION
All materials, methods, client structures, tax strategies, and intellectual property shared in the course of any engagement or membership are confidential and proprietary. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, teach, or share any materials or strategies obtained from Rondi Lambeth or TaxFree4Life without prior written consent.
You further agree not to use the information provided to solicit, compete with, or interfere with our clients, contractors, or business operations.
Any unauthorized sharing or commercial use of our intellectual property may result in legal action, injunctive relief, and damages.
7. RESULTS AND INCOME DISCLAIMER
We make every effort to accurately represent our programs and services. However, there are no guarantees that you will achieve any specific financial or personal results. Examples and case studies provided are illustrative and not promises of future success.
Your results depend on your personal effort, financial condition, credit profile, business performance, and adherence to applicable laws. You acknowledge that all investment, tax, and financial decisions involve risk, and you assume full responsibility for your participation and results.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rondi Lambeth and TaxFree4Life disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website, our programs, or consulting services.

9. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to any program, course, or consulting service for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or breach of confidentiality. Termination does not waive your obligation to pay outstanding balances or comply with non-disclosure provisions.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or our services shall first be resolved through mediation in Ada County, Idaho. If mediation fails, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding against us.
